Ruxandra Ionce
Founder and Co-Editor Ruxandra Ionce is a Copenhagen-based researcher and artist. She holds a PhD in Environmental Science, graduating magna cum laude, with a specialisation in the modelling of complex adaptive systems and resilience assessment. Her academic work explores the dynamics, resilience, and historical trajectories of social-ecological systems, as well as the epistemological challenges posed by complexity. Her interests lie at the intersection of science, philosophy, culture, and the history of ideas, with a particular focus on epistemology, complexity, symbolism, and enduring structures of human imagination and behaviour.
Founder and Co-EditorDavid Bănică
David Banica is a published writer and independent scholar, based in the United States of America. Besides writing for eliadepapers, David has been published in multiple print and online journals in the UK and Austria. His main intellectual influences include Mircea Eliade, Ernst Junger, and Georges Dumezil. A frequent podcast guest, David’s scholarly interests focus on the complex story of human religion and the rediscovery of man’s cosmic ontological state. In his capacity as co-editor, David encourages the submission of essays that shine a light on the incredible facets of human knowledge.
